All HeartMath products are guaranteed against fault for 12 months from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is the date the order was placed, not the date the product was received.
If a product is faulty then we will either replace or, if you prefer, refund both the product and postage cost.
If you believe that your product is faulty then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and, if possible, please provide the date, order number and purchase location (HeartMath UK store, Amazon or other). If you do not have your purchase information, then we may not be able to confirm your order. If we cannot confirm your order, then we will not be able to accept your return.
If, however subject to testing, we identify that the product is not faulty (i.e. the problem is user error) then please be aware that we will not refund you and we will offer to return the product to you.
Please ensure that you include your name on or within the package for identification purposes.
Unless we have provided you with a return envelope, we cannot be responsible for the safe receipt of your returned product. We, therefore, recommend that you use a tracked and guaranteed service such as Royal Mail First/Second Class Signed-For.
