I’m a passionate and experienced coach/trainer with a diverse career background, including the British Army, the NHS, Higher Education, my own business, and Charities.

I have supported a diverse range of client groups, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, bereaved children and adults, military personnel, veterans, university students, and young people at risk of offending.

In 2022, I received a diagnosis of ADHD, aged 45. Although a surprise, it has helped me to understand many of my life experiences and challenges.

I believe we all have gifts to give the world, and that regardless of our past, we deserve to flourish. My style has been described as “a breath of fresh air, honest, straight-talking, down to earth, humorous yet compassionate and sometimes a bit sweary”.
