Our friends at Syntropy States have created a series of 7 amazing coherence breath pacers based upon geometric shapes. The series is available in both Light and Dark mode for enjoyment at any time of day or night.
There is literally nothing else like these breath pacers available on the market. Most breath pacers are simply mechanical – they expand and contract and help you to breath at certain paces! But Syntropy States have created an engaging breathwork experience in which the beautiful, evolving digital generative art and soothing multidimensional rhythms not only pace your breath to perfection but elevate you emotionally too. The result is measurably higher levels of coherence – and we know because we’ve done the measuring!
Watch any time, any place, on desktop, smartphone or tablet. The breath pacers are provided in High Definition video and audio as MP4 files (14 in total). The combined download size is large (c4GB) so please use a good internet connection. We advise against using your mobile provider as you will use a good amount of your data allowance!

The series is also available in 3 different coherence breathing paces of 8, 10 and 12 second breath cycles. That means you can select the pace which suits you best in terms of either comfort and/or your personal resonant frequency.

Most people will find that the 10 second breath cycle (5 secs in and 5 secs out) is optimal for both coherence and comfort.

If you are of small build, less fit or have health or breathing problems you may find the 8 second cycle (4/4) is more comfortable. 8 seconds is also more appropriate for children. Try this pace out by following the pacer below.
If you are of larger build, very fit and/or you already practise yoga or breath work then you may find that 12 seconds (6/6) is optimal for your coherence.
