Working with our coaches will help you to discover who you really are, what you really want and how to Add Heart to your decisions, relationships, work and aspirations.

They can also train you how to get the most from your Inner Balance™ or emWave® biofeedback technology.

Please note that all of the coaches listed below are currently active and they keep their personal and professional practice up to date. Anyone who is not listed as a coach below, but who presents themselves as officially trained by HeartMath, may not be currently active and they many not be officially certified. I am passionate about mental health and wellbeing, and helping individuals live to their full potential.

I have an in-depth understanding of the link between the heart and brain and how this could impact both mental and physical states.

Recently completed my PhD, focusing on developing an integrative framework for the dynamic assessment of mental health and wellbeing, utilising an innovative measure in the way of Heart Rate Variability.

I have used HeartMath technology for a number of years including the Blue Light Project with Mind UK, with the local emergency services in helping to create awareness, develop skills for managing and maintaining positive mental health.

I work for TEWV NHS Foundation Trust on the Trauma Informed Care Project.
